Ok, that year went by like a greased politician...Best news; a smart, young man got elected president. This is the true begining of the 21st century. Recommended books; John Adams by David McCullough, 9 Stories by JD Salinger and Diamond Age by Neal Stephenson. Movies; Redbelt, Wall-E, Secrets and Lies, Girl With A Pear Earing.
No tv to recommend and I'll be giving it up come Feb 17. Because of the forced digital switch I will not be getting cable, or dish service nor will I buy a new tv. I'm gonna stick with reading and watching any video that interests me via the internet. I'll give a report on my 'no broadcast tv' experiment next summer.
